if a customer purchases something from lazada platform, but due to non-compliance of seller and the order is cancelled by the seller/lazada and not by the buyer, it is not the buyer's fault. It's the seller's fault, as well as partly Lazada's fault for allowing such seller to conduct business in Lazada platform. Lazada should take the responsibility.

I have no problem withdrawing all money from the e wallet (credit to my bank account). Wallet must be frozen before withdrawal.

I put in cart and checkout during pay I press wallet it will go into a page like credit card where your money straight go to wallet n to payment in single click where you only saw cc payment page.. I choose wallet for 2 reason, try cb and incase refund is more fast..

I paid my item via direct bank debit. Item received but faulty. DOA. I returned the item. Took close to a month for Lazada to refund to e wallet. Then I fully withdrew all money from my e wallet to my bank saving account. After 1 week, saw the credit in my bank. W00t.

Laza refund to your wallet under balance or under refund? If under refund u can click withdraw.. If under balance can't withdraw.. Need freeze account etc as cs said..

Didn't used to happen with Lazada.. I would know, long time lazada shopper with tens of thousands done d.. LGC and SV used to apply for total amount, including shipping costs.
I believe you are the one who's confused here. Looks like you didn't bother to checkout the screenshots he posted earlier, that contained clear conversation between him and a CS. CS clearly told him, that can withdraw the funds, but in order to do so...MUST FREEZE... You read yourself lah..

My account have been locked by Lazada yesterday. Was checking my order in the afternoon (in my office) and could access it properly. Then when I got home at night and tried to access Lazada in my home PC, it shows "Your account has been locked for safety". Btw, I am using Facebook login.

Anybody experienced this? What did I do wrong? How do I enable my account again?

P.S: I still have a pending order which is being shipped. Will it affect the delivery process?
