Guys , pls try to avoid return policy with "15days return to seller" term.

U got to wait for seller response before return the item .

Always look for 15days easy return . That's the normal return which we get use to .

today HSBCxLazada... does anyone know that HSBC Visa Debit card can be use for RM20 off with purchase over RM200?  or just for HSBC Credit Card only?

I got a message on Messenger stating I recieved RM1 into my Lazada Wallet. Accidentally clicked it but backed out the next microsecond as fast as I could. Its a scam link right?

Lazada refund/return service has been down for nearly 1 month. Anyone facing this issue ? Or maybe lazada just hates me....

FYI, here is changelog for Lazada.

1. Order that stuck on "To Pay" can be cancel now, which make you easier to cancel order for grabbing back your used voucher, without paying.
2. Seller can inform you the order information along with the address via chat, which is also available on Tmall Alibaba, this helps you to check if you make the order with wrong address.
3. As above, Seller can change the address now.(obtained via the changelog on Google Play Store)
4. After the Seller packed the items, you can check the shipping info by clicking on the "Message" tab on the app, right?

Well, Taobao/Tmall seller can also change address as they like, but no issues so far.

And they really can change the address by modify the address on the shipping package without notify us, right?
Unless the shipping partner don't has the record of where it has been send, then it should not be a issues.

Since most of the lazada items have shipping fee.. if we return the item.. the shipping fee will be refunded as well?

Lazada customer service now isnt helpful like last time. Seller advertised a product with malaysia plug (image in product details), but i received china plug. complained to lazada n they ask me to contact seller directly. If that's the case why do i need to buy from lazada, i can buy from seller directly

Lapsapda merchant from lapsap mall cancelled order which i purchased on 11.11, i bought this clinique skin product for my mum and this merchant cancelled because unable to fulfill order. What kind of lapsap reason is this.

If u running out of stock, might as well don't let us order lah, put order liao then cancel. Really really stupid.
