Lazada now allows u to re-make payment after 15 mins failed payment, within 1 hour if no payment done will auto cancelled.
unless u choose 7-Eleven that gives 24 hours payment time

lucky if stucked at processing u ownself can cancel and will get refund very fast.

mine passed to ninjavan status failed 4 times now waiting to return to sender.

depend luck, but if ur acc did not received many sorry voucher b4 (regardless of reasons) and does not have many dupes, usually will revalidate.

iinm got someone order was cancelled and get shake voucher revalidated.

I believe mixedcard is voucher + credit card/paypal payment however it does not really matter for buyer to know.
