Sometime merchant also pity one. just like me, i applied for terminal for the ease for customer. but then sometime the margin really so low until i couldnt afford and will tell the customer "ah, we no machine already now", i hide the terminal inside the drawer. actually is sometime choose to let client swipe card or not.

Especially in my field, electrical item. 1 kdk ceiling fan margin is RM 1-3 ringgit with the price of RM13x. If use credit card then it's gg~ if you sell higher, different RM0.50 also they keep silent and leave. sometime with the i buy many sets! extra discount storiesss bla bla bla and buying 3set is their so call many sets.

i tried few times explain to customer, margin very low and cant afford to use card, if use will charge 2%. some is ok, some even so fuzzy and said wanna complain BNM, report to consumer rights this and that. try so hard to explain in very good manner but kept being attack and like seek for argument. there is one time almost wanna fight with me and end up, i just tell the customer, ok, i dont have credit card machine. pay cash or leave. finish story. kik sim...

Yours seems to be more serious, mine only having notification issue. Have you reinstalled the app?

They have this proper statement (akin to our cc statement) that you can request from them. That is more reliable than their app transaction details and also exported excel. Often when you found a "missing" transaction on your app/exported sheet, it will most likely be reflected on that statement. bigPay is right with their usual "don't worry, your transaction details are all recorded" statement. (I'm being sarcastic) Yup, it's recorded in that statement, just unsure why certain transactions will not be shown on the app until they manually fixed it.

i have the same issue paying public transport using BP wave in Prague.
the amount shall charge Kc110, but charge amount is Kc1 = RM0.18.
from 23-6-19 until now still show pending.
but everything alright i got a valid ticket.

i think there is a TnC whereby you can't use business related spend on personal cc, but if the amount is not so aware by the bank, normally they just don't care but once it trigger their system, then they will take action

Guys....read the report carefully.....there will still be charges....."to drive traffic to "safer" methods".....I see aa pushing payments to affiliated channels.....eg their co-branded CC....

Their cc surcharges are ridiculous....they only pay the usual 2-3% merchant fees.....but charges RM8-12 even for a RM80 ticket to Penang.....they thought they can circumvent BNM rules by fixing it as "convenience" fee.

What are the transfer limits?

was about to ask. trying to top up and keep on facing "connection issue" error. even though i cant go to OTP page, but i receive SMS that transaction is made to BIGPAY.

Successfully topped up RM 100 using PB Quantum Mastercard few minutes ago.
No problem at all! Very fast and smooth.

Why lucky?
There's nothing wrong with BigPay, Mastercard, SMS gateway nor PB network/server.
OTP also received almost instantly.

Thing is..i don't disagree with them reducing the limit, as all good things will come to an end anyhow. Even if they sent out the email at 5pm, there is still technically 7 hrs to go..although some might argue the time given is too short. However, they are blatantly misleading their customers to attempt to reload up to RM5k as stated in their email.

This leads to the issue of corporate governance, upfront-ness and authenticity. To the Bigpay folks..c'mon, don't treat us like idiots. If u're disabling it at 5pm directly, just be honest. Don't take us for a ride and sugar coat the email, saying its effective 2 June. What a load of poppycock. Prolly 98-99% of your users were unable to perform the reload and your service agents acknowledged the issue.

Indeed, this has left a really bitter taste for me as a user and I would never support any of your products, as the trust has since been broken. Who knows what would lie beneath the promises that they will make next time?

What do you do with your Bigpoints since I can't redeem my flights now. I have couple of thousands expiring end of this month but don't know the best place to utilise them.
