Just to share my BigPay experience in Croatia few months ago. I actually used the BigPay card to withdraw Croatian Kuna cash notes from ATM and it works. Of course it works with the local merchants in Croatia and Slovenia too.

If you guys love BP but hates it whenever problems coming up when doing online transactions, then try to adjust your usage patten. For online, purely use cc instead of using BP. For normal swiping or paywave, then only use BP. This will work almost perfectly. Sacrifice that few pennies Big points la in exchange of a peace of mind.

Hi, we got the feedback from Boost, there are no longer accept Bigpay card as topup source.
Shopee also one of the merchant they don't really accept fro prepaid card payment

Not much use for me since I already have a Visa & Mastercard credit card. I guess I'll probably only use it for AA and overseas spend.

am thinking since max CC top-up monthly is 10k, then max prepaid balance in the BP card should be given at least a little leeway more, like 12-15k.

If overseas & want to reload BP via debit bank acc, your h/p is roaming with foreign country telco but off Malaysian telco data & use pocket wifi. SMS will still arrive ?

you can top up overseas whenever you think the balance is insufficient for your expenditure, as long as you have internet and the credit card info with you.
That will save you the hassle of over 'transfer'.

I wondering why would anyone wants to transfer big amount of money into BP to make payment online unless he is to enjoy the better exchange rate, earn Big points or maximize their cb. Else i dont see a need to take this step to pay using BP unless one doesnt has credit card where one's fund are from their saving account.

as u can see numerous of complaints had been repeated in this forum and I'm aware BP Jonathan is also aware of this issue

after weeks and months I see there is no improvement made hence if we want peace of mind.. avoid at all cost for online transactions

if u insist want to use for online.. nobody is stopping u.. but u may not sleep well and soundly at night tho the funds will be credited back to u automatically/manually...

Instead of BP keeping track for some. Some may need to keep track for BP for all those failed transaction as well.

are u sure? for my case of unauthorised missing transactions records, despite BP calling to apologize etc, up to today those missing transactions are not reflected. I let the matter go because its just peanuts amount and all money is accounted for, BP and bank negara has taken note and acknowledge the flaw and of course I believe there's room for improvement. push them too hard and their license may be revoked by bnm. as one of our forumer said, it's best if u manually consolidate ur spendings monthly.

It's the telco problem for not sending u the SMS, not BP, unless BP failed in Malaysia as well lol
