I don't this is BigPay concern at all as they still earn whenever you withdraw from the ATM with RM6 charges. At anywhere, they are more happier anyone using their card and services especially those with fees as this is their income, imagine thousands of people withdrawing from the card, how many fees they are earning.

Their current target is enlarge the customer base and once their customer base is large enough, those waive fees till further notice will come.

For other credit card especially cash back benefit, those are the people that might take action instead.

Actually how come mid valley one always so crowded? Is it they offer the lowest rate?

GrabPay accepts Amex. Grabpay 1-0 BigPay already.

normally Alliance Bank ATM is loaded with RM100 notes.

The machine dispense RM50 and RM100 notes. I think the max should be higher than RM3k because I got 29x RM100 notes and 2x RM50 notes.

@BigPayJonathan Reporting in, Paid using Bigpay at the Andaman Resort LGK but there is no BigPoint? Status is Settled and tagged as accommodation.

Guys I plan to deposit 10k into BigPay via my CC on statement day and then withdraw it immediately and put it in a bank account for the interest.
Has anyone tried this before and did you get into any trouble with either BigPay or the CC bank or the bank with which you deposit your cash ?

Hardcore!  In low usage months, I generally do one RM3k to 4k withdrawal a month, and use the rest for spending.  So far no issues.  Since the RM10k limit, I've not heard of anyone in this forum being queried or banned.

those that can "read" is app's OWN sms otp/tac whereby the SMS content is known by the app.
to read cc SMS OTP is difficult because diff banks have different SMS OTP "template", and bigpay need to cater ALL sms otp template in order to "read" specific portion to extract the 6-digit OTP.

also, later someone will come accuse bigpay of privacy breach whereby the bigpay app will read the sms content and know the amount+date+time+seller info
