Yes, will stop using it because of the stupid policy imposed.

Every month I need to remit money to Indonesia on the same recipient and they keep on put my transaction on review and took days to review.
I complained to them many times why they wanna put on review even it is the same recipient and I need to copy and paste to tell them the info.

They promised me that next months onwards they will not put on review and let it went through.. but still the same issue.. it has been 1 year...

No, but Instarem refused to open account for me. They can't state the reason.

No lah. I don't mind the review on new remittance and if the amount is material.

Just a few hundred RM (Less than RM500) and it is the same recipient...

Unless they can review in an hour, that is OK. But they took days...

It didn't serve the purpose of having fast transfer or urgent transfer.

They just replied today (2 days after transaction made).

And told me they will ensure it won't happen again but this one was told since last year... laugh.gif

Sunway money is useless and slow. Applied and submitted all Doc's for verification and they did not reply the results after long waited for almost one month.

Then I emailed.them.to cancel the application.

Unethical and if they can't accept, just reject it and not to keep people waiting without notifying

online... I wanted to remit SGD200k to my Singapore bank for priority banking but they did not approve my application. So I did it using other way.

lol... they have no luck to earn my money.
