Their system is suck and keep on review the international payment transfer that to the same payee and I keep on answer the same answers.

After I made complain, they told me this payee won't be reviewed again in the future and it is fake answer.

They are still reviewing the transfer I have made just now.

I used bigpay to pump petrol on Feb 6 and until now the transaction is still pending and still 200 is on hold.
