Went to Prudential Customer Service center earlier to change my auto-debit card to BigPay..
BP card wasn't accepted due to the following reason:
1. Their system can only select either Credit or Debit card. Cannot select Prepaid Card. Told her to use Debit, but she was reluctant to do so.
2. Bank not recognized. Asked her to put BigPay or CIMB, also reluctant to do so.
Was then asked to try to use the card to pay online via PruAccess. She was surprised it was successful, as she thought the online payment needed to select Bank provider. After successful payment, I asked her to cancel my current auto-debit.. Easier if I pay manually every month.. more flexibility on which card I want to use also..

BigPayJonathan , It'd be cool if there's a way for users to suggest, vote & comment on wanted features directly from the BigPay app.. Similar to how Outlook app does it..

Just chipping in my experience on contactless limitations.. Each bank have their own thresholds, and it's not by Visa/Mastercard.. PBB has a limit of 8 or 9 consecutive contactless transactions, after which it needs to be reset by a PIN based transaction.. SC has a limit of 1k (I think) or 5 contactless transactions daily, reset on a daily basis..
Maybe BigPayJonathan can advise the limit for BigPay?
