Thanks Any atm you use will attract a 200 baht fee for foreign (non Thai) card if I'm not mistaken. Only possible exception is maybank, cimb and citibank. Not many of those atms though.

QUOTE(Vibe007 @ Sep 9 2018, 11:24 AM) Why they are the exceptions? Because BP is a Malaysian company or its the bank policy not to charge for foreign banks atm? Bank policy. No charges also when I use Australian credit card to withdraw money etc

QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Nov 9 2018, 04:31 PM) A bigger wallet limit is being lobbied to the authorities Edit: just out of curiosity, who here would be interested in being able to store more than RM10K in their BigPay account? Please allow rm50k or more wallet and also credit card reload rm50k or more. Rm10k is too little. A family trip overseas, hotel, flight ticket, shopping easily above 10k

QUOTE(avinlim @ Dec 27 2018, 11:14 AM) Just tested out my BigPay card on some usage for all reference. 1. Tried use Bigpay paywave function @ watson citta mall. can't detact. 2. ATM CIMB @ oasis square, no withdrawal option, tried instant transfer, not allowed. 3. ATM MBB @ oasis square, some atm can withdraw 30pcs RM100 note. just need to try. Very strange all these reports. Bigpay is a mastercard. I've rarely encounter any problems with any merchants as long as mastercard accepted, unless car rental etc that require credit not prepaid. ATM all can withdraw whether local or overseas (japan, china, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore etc). Paywave I haven't tried (mine is old card) but even other credit card sometimes paywave fail (positioning etc). You do need to use your BP using pin first time before can paywave. Bigpay has been a godsend for traveling. I don't go to midvalley line up change money anymore.

Maybe BP need to take a look on this card appearance next It's a credit card (prepaid credit card).

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jan 25 2019, 12:09 PM) Sorry noob question. Try search but not able to find. Which tab in the apps I can go to just to check how much I already utilize from credit card top up (max limit RM10k). Is there any easy method? Or there is no such summarize and I need to scroll and add all the top up on my own? Thank you. I always key in $10000 top up, the app will show you error and the max top up available.

QUOTE(sharpman @ Feb 16 2019, 10:15 AM) Hi guys, I have question about BigPay ability for pre-auth like normal Credit Card. Let's say when you checked-in at a hotel counter and you want to add some amount of deposit for your room eg. Room Service, the hotel staff usually pre-auth your credit card for eg. RM300 Can we give our BigPay card for this pre-auth practice or have to use normal credit card? Thank You Can use BP. Just make sure you have loaded enough funds prior.

QUOTE(cynicks @ Mar 24 2019, 10:18 AM) Noob also. What's the safest workaround that won't be banned? QUOTE(cooldownguy86 @ Mar 24 2019, 09:35 AM) Noob here. Issit okay to top up BP and withdraw from ATM on the same day? Thanks. They are just trying to scare you. No issue top up and withdraw immediately. No need work around. There were some reports people getting ban long time ago when there was no cc top up limit. Since the $10k/month limit I don't think any ban. It is a feature of the card to top up and withdraw. Though I suspect when a critical limit of enough bigpay user, they will want to monetize and will increase withdrawal fee.

QUOTE(jack2 @ Mar 30 2019, 05:47 AM) It is almost one month and my ATM withdrawal that not dispensed out from machine is still not reversing into my bigpay cc account. I worry if they investigated and claimed the money was dispensed... Happened to me last year on 8 May, end of July only I got back my money. Bad luck, happened again earlier this month, after submitting dispute form was told will take up to 60 days.

QUOTE(isaacchew @ Apr 15 2019, 02:34 AM) Has anyone been able to top up 2 BP cards using the same credit card? I know many here say it's not possible recently, and I even called up the CS to check and they also said 1 credit card can only be used 1 BP account. But I just received a new credit card, and used it to top up 5k to my BP. Then I just simply tried topping up 2k to another BP, not expecting it to go through, but it was successful! Could it be that the 1 credit card = 1 BP rule is not a rigid rule, but based on other criteria like frequency of cash withdrawals? So far I have no problem, been using same cc from two banks to top up two bp for months.

QUOTE(BacktoBasics @ Apr 16 2019, 05:50 PM) Hey guys. Anyone used BP to withdraw from.Japan 7-11 ATM? I did some research and it says no? There are many ATMs in and around Hakata Station but travelers should remember that most ATMs in Japan do not accept credit, debit and cash cards issued outside Japan. Any country in the world can use mastercard means can use bigpay

QUOTE(kyxxx @ Apr 19 2019, 03:45 PM) cause a big amount i need to top up nonetheless, took a big faith in BP and bought it  Not sure why people keep worry. Bigpay is a mastercard, will work whenever mastercard accepted. Only in very rare instance don't accept. Even if cannot, you can always withdraw so why worried big amount?

QUOTE(anakMY @ Apr 19 2019, 02:50 PM) how about the reliability of MBB ATMs? so far nobody complained bout MBB ones. Don't think is bank specific. I had problem with mbb atm. Withdraw but no money came out, screen shows error transaction cannot be completed. No BP app notification but later no the day show withdrawn. Case still under dispute, almost 60 days already.

QUOTE(avinlim @ May 3 2019, 03:03 PM) If you are refering BP, max is 10k/month/card for all transaction including withdrawal.. If not mistaken, there is no max withdrawal. Max top up limit is $10k if using credit card, otherwise no limit if use bank transfer.
