Saw you guy mentioned about BP finally can cash out via bank account with service charge 0.50 cent.

If your PDF editor very expert and make it so real that the bank statement for the card that you use in BP reload, then you are the winner.
OR else, nobody can do for you since it is an illegal activities.

Same as the Boost also block to save the card details from customers or other ppl.

Still have shop or company still request customer to pay for merchant fee?
The merchant fee need absorb by the seller side, not the buyer.

If the seller request buyer to pay off the merchant fee, then ini org kena saman lagi.
By the way from seller side, the bank will saman you because seller cannot request buyer to pay the merchant fees.
