Hey, I need to follow up on how you engage Time on this issue. I called Time CS & they can't seem to locate the additional RM1 transaction & asked me to send them the screenshot which unfortunately, BP on Android can't capture any. BigPayJonathan you guys seriously need to reconsider enabling screenshot on Android unless there's a way for us to get a payment receipt or statement to allow us to dispute with vendors.
