BigPay Hey Adrian Oh! Thanks for the feedback. Just to make everyone aware, we did NOT block Boost! They may have changed their acceptance of certain top up methods (BigPay as one of them). Best to confirm with Boost if they've done so.

Well, on one hand, we've had statements coming from BP's FB & Jonathan himself that BP didn't block Boost. At the same time, we also have Boost CS saying that BP isn't compatible. sweat.gif

On the other hand, I'm totally aware of the few complaints that direct debit transactions at other merchants weren't going through so yea, I can see why you have doubt there.

The thing with Boost is that the merchant name for the RM2 verification is totally different from the subsequent top-up's merchant name.

At this point in time, the RM2 transaction will go through just fine but the top-up will fail. sad.gif

According to the MCC thread, Boost reload is 5968 : Direct Marketing – Continuity/Subscription Merchant.

Meanwhile, BP is 6012 : Financial Institutions – Merchandise and Services.

Sounds exactly the same experience I just had with Lazada app. Somehow it just can't reach the OTP page even though I've received BP's OTP in my phone. sad.gif

To those of you who encountered online payment failure, you just have to give it a couple hours & try again.

I tried to pay for Lazada last night but it never reach the OTP page even though I received OTP SMS. I tried again today at around 7pm & it went through smoothly.

Like what lilsunflower said, it's hit and miss. sad.gif

Anyone able to top-up since last night? Failed to top-up once last night & retry again now twice but all attempts failed even though I was able to reach the bank's OTP page. sad.gif

That doesn't seem to be the case since he specifically mentioned that it was his 2nd, 3rd, and 5th transactions out of 6 on the same day that failed to wave. If PIN was all required to reset the limit, he wouldn't have failed on his 3rd transaction.
