Anyone able to log in BP acc now ?
after i updated the app , my BP keeps receiving error  until today.

My top up is missing since yesterday noon 5.30pm. After otp key in screen went to loading. Check on bank balance already deducted but money not in BP. Anyone facing same issue?

may i know, withdraw limit per day is rm2000 or rm5000?

do u see the error? there is toast error whenever i select IC nor passport which stuck on getting to next screen. already reset the app, enable all permissions still same... CS said need to escalate to respective department to troubleshoot. wonder is it only me or anyone else getting the same issue

Guys.. Anyone know how to claim missing bigpoint from transaction with bigpay card? Try search in their app but only available claim missing from flight.

I just check and there are about 300-400 points missing from transaction with physical card (not topup e wallet)

We know that limit RM10k reload from Credit card to BigPay.

From the beginning of this month until today, been reload RM9k plus, however, I still can reload RM9k plus again ??

Is the reload limit from credit card increase ???

Our BP referral code can let people for how many times? 1 only right?

I having this issue as well and what BP cs replied is to wait for few hours and get back to them tmr if still not receive.

This top up will not grant the referral rm10 bonus, only after receiving the card and top up. Means twice top up are required.

Guys, anyone of u experience failure of clsiming for dispute form before?

3months ago i have tried to withdraw cash from Maybank ATM machine.

The first transaction passed through however the second time i tried to withdraw it showed transaction declined.
However the money in my BP apps already being deducted .

Currently already the 3rd months of the dispute investigation and i wan given final decision from Bp side, which is failed dispute.
Currently im lost my RM3000 anf couldnt do anything about it..
Anyone else having same experience as me?
