Anyone try topup and spent within September till today, November 2024? I tried and got double or duplicate transaction posted and status settled that I did not spent. For example, I spent on yesterday but got transaction posted with same amount after 7pm today. It did not happen once but many time with same transaction amount and the double transaction always posted on next day after 7pm.
My money missing few hours after top up. I found it only started to deduct on 1st November onwards. Amount deducted based on double transactions from last day of October. This happened when I did not spent it yet. I already reported to Bigpay customer service but no response yet, may be it is weekend now.i am quiite worried for few days now.
