so this confirm that they blocked your BigPay card number
the only workaround is to get a replacement card from BigPay
Report lost card then pay RM20 if not wrong

- sorry about that. We are aware that we are having top up issues with Boost where it has not been consistent. We are working with Boost to fix this and ETA will be by the second week of April.

I think no big difference after adding the withdrawal fee RM10. Am I right?

you can search back my post. taiwan rate using bigpay so far is good. Experience my self  and also from friend. always better than money changer

just to share my experience on oversea ATM withdrawal in Taiwan. Tried on a few bank ATM. so far these without bank charges
1. Taiwan Cooperative Bank
2. Taipei Fubon Bank
3. Cathay United Bank(Usually you will see it in Family Mart)

All the 3 bank maximum withdrawal is NTD 20k

Bank with charges:
1. China Trust Bank (CTBC) ( Usually these can see in 7-eleven)

rate is surprisingly good. I got around 100NTD = RM13.55

20,000 TWD need RM2,660 (included RM10 withdrawal fee). The rate is 13.30

If go forex exchange need RM2,680, the rate is 13.40. The difference is RM20 ^^

ok. After testing a few days,

daily topup with bigpay, RM200 twice only. no more than twice - 90% can success.

Other cc with OTP can pass with higher amount. but best is limit yourself to 2 reload of RM200 max/reload(If using BP) in order to get successful BP topup.

Till Boost and BP become friend with each other at the mid of April (as claimed by them)...we will still continue facing reload problem.

Anyone having issues with the app? I've very frequent issues these past 2 weeks of not being able to display transaction and balance, not only my phone, my siblings one as well.

I read some blog saying that BigPay is best used for overseas spending due to no fee incur and rate better than money exchanger here. Anyone try before?

I freeze my card all the time when I'm not using. Even everything correct transaction still rejected. I just want to know anyone met this case before? What is the solution of BP for those experience this?

Yes, both transactions below settled.
I top up TnG RM100.
I top up Boost RM25.
Overall, my BP increased by 1 point. So I guess it's coming from the Boost top up.
