same here, even remove & readd the card also failed.
instead of reload after key in my pin, it required OTP, but still failed after key in correct OTP.

on the other hand, my gf using ios can reload normally without issue using bigpay.

well, i just wanted to try, but it gets worst on the ios.
when i launch the boost app, it says "new version available, update now".
after i update the app, same message.

but we shouldn't discuss about this issue here, this is boost problem, not big pay.

update 2:
finally managed to log in boost on ios.
it gets weirder.
when i top up using my big pay card, it still redirect to OTP page.
i received 2 OTP at the same time.
i tried the latest OTP, fail.
try again wit 2nd OTP, still fail.

but my gf boost top up wit her bigpay card, no issue.
more & more likely is bigpay problem.

had this problem on sunday.
then suddenly monday morning ok edi.
then now having the same issue bck.
