i MIA from this thread for awhile just manage to catch up close to 200++ posting
i was in Thailand as well and manage top up my bigpay to pay and the exchange rate is similar to what i am getting from the money changer so it is always a good practice to carry bigpay to oversea

withdrawal from ATM from Thailand need to charge 220 Bhatt so i did not withdraw instead just use the card to pay

i now only go to MBB for withdrawal and all the time only 3k
gave up on trying HLB, PBB, SCB, AMBANK, ALLIANCE BANK as most of the time is only 1.5k

Bandar Puteri Maybank machine those that can withdraw 3k got upgraded and now only left with 1 machine that can do 3k withdrwal (old machine)
their new machine CDM/ATM Combo with touchscreen looks really nice but still 1.5k maximum withdrwal

anyone know where in Bandar Puteri Puchong can withdrwal 3k/4k?

standard chartered bank i treid few weeks ago also said 1.5k saja even on a RM100 notes only machine

from what i read, seems like the app does not support creidit card top up, it only say Online Banking

got this email from BigPay, before respond to them let me call them tomorrow to ask if this is a genuine email from BigPay or not. I guess every month i top up 10k withdraw 10k is quite suspicious till they want to know the source of fund. Dont feel like giving them the entire statement, most likely will just blur out those non bigpay transaction and only send them the bigpay transaction. Will have to do multiple printscreen on this as well. Damn why am i so unlucky. Am i the first one?

Thank god all credit card belongs to me. I already ask them which statement do they need from me since I have 7 credit card tie to it.

anyone try to topup PRestoPay with BigPay? Does it work, i have no try yet just wanted to know. Also is there a thread on PrestoPay? If not can someone create it?

bigpay risk mgmt update - send them an email yesterday but till now still no reply, got 2 numbers for me to call in the email call them no answer. All i need from them is to tell me which statement i need to provide to them as i link a total of 7 credit card. Maybe they just send the email for fun?

i think not so much about platform as their platform is quite lousy
license wise i see new E-Wallet popping up from time to time - maybe bank negara give license like nobody business?
