not sure u all remember my Presto Pay withdrawal - so it just take 2 days to receive the money into my Maybank but in the app it will hold the amount and will not allow you to top up further

meaning if you top up RM1.5k today and do withdrawal, next 2 days you received the money in your account but your PrestoPay will hold 1.5k meaning you could no longer top up

saw someone posted before that i takes about 10 days to clear the "holding".

i guess 1 month you basically can withdraw 3 times of 1.5k from PrestoPay

I focus on other card and my bigpay is fully on ATM withdrawal which got me into trouble now

My BigPay card finally unfrozen.

Here is how it goes:

When i ask them to tell me which statement they wanted from me they never respond, never pick up my phone call. So finally today I printscreen my statement (i pick one out of 7) and show it to them together with the picture of my credit card that show clearly the embossed name as my name. Surprisingly after a while they responded to my email. Here is the email. I am blurring all my personal information.



The bad news is I can no longer top up huge amount like 5k anymore which i have no idea why but i still can top up amount like RM99, RM999, RM1999. Will continue to try out and see what is the max amount that I can top up.

going thailand this weekend - gonna spend with my BigPay again hope rate is good. anybody know what is the thai exchange rate at BP now? how to check?

when travel your bigpay "credit" will never be enough if you do too much withdrawal so make sure this month you dont do any.. it happen to me then i have to whatsapp my friend to ask him transfer 1000 to me and he so gladly do it...

PrestoPay withdrawal update:
1. I can conclude that PrestoPay withdrawal will take 3 business days meaning T+2 you should receive your money into your bank account
2. The "hold' amount in your App will only be cleared after 1 week, meaning if you withdraw on Tuesday, by next Monday it will be cleared
3. Once the hold amount is cleared only you can continue to top up and do withdrawal

Question - anyone knows which bank does PrestoPay transfer the money from? I am trying to figure out in order to 'reduce" the turn around time from withdrawal till money in my account.

withdrawing does not mean end game la, ppl just using their kids, wife, father, mother, sister, etc etc card to withdraw ma
it BP does not offer withdrawal then i will stop using it

7th July is for Amex TP cut off

more and more ppl withdraw then BP make more and more money and the card can continue to survive as i dont want it to tutup kedai so soon
