Yup agreed. Thus I when members are still complaining when the rate are not matching 100% XE rate and they lose. (or some other rate) They are not complaining when they gain from the rate.

One thing I noticed too is that, one may get a "settled" update but the amount is the same as during "pending" stage.

You may need to refresh the app or close/restart the app for the "settled" amount to get updated.

Seen this type of question too many times, I have the impression members are too awfully lazy to try or if they try (and fail), they will lose a million bucks or something like that. Info on the product posted on #01 will only grow if everyone contribute positively, not leech incessantly.

I might just ban such "lazy" like questions in the future. 😋

The reload will be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Merchants would not entertain crediting back to a different card. You need to wait once Shopee execute the refund and then contact BP to move the credit to your new card.

I'd advise you to monitor the refund progress both @ Shopee and BP.

I don't see the reason why @jaycee1 need to use such language when referring to others. There's a clear T&C regarding use of such language here - and I have ZERO tolerance over such. It is always the consumers responsibility to read the fine print when using any product - BigPay included. This platform can be used to inform/share the information with other BP users and allowing them to make an informed decision whether to continue using the product or not.

I'd encourage active reporting of such language violations in the future.
