Today I topped-up BP with UOB card successfully but there was no OTP key-in process. Last night when I did so for the first time on the same card, OTP was required though. Have you all experienced this before?

First time encountered failed top up with Bigpay today ever since a long time ago. Managed to top up RM50, RM30 today but last top up of RM100 triggered OTP request and failed even though correct OTP was entered.

I've been using BP for Aliexpress for a long time but have not encountered this before. Last usage was a few days ago. Maybe you could contact BP CS and see what went wrong?

Hi Alex, apart from exporting analytics to pdf, can we also have the function to generate a pdf "statement" with proper Bigpay heading, account holder's name, date, transaction, other essential details etc for the purpose of filing company claims and proof of purchase? That will be very helpful!

Even if reload via CC is allowed, the dwindling benefits offered by CC will make this feature increasingly less relevant in the future

So far from news reporting on GoPayz, the only mentioned reload method is online banking, no mention of CC yet. I guess we shall wait and see when it's launched in July.

Hi BigPayJonathan, may I know when BigPay will replace the early batch of cards to contactless-enabled ones? This will be very useful for the early adopters whose cards currently have no PayPass function.

Good reminder! If it's explicitly stated under the TnC of the Remittance service, I suppose good-old cash withdrawal method will be better, albeit with the RM6 fee.

For my case on using BP on Shopee, I cannot proceed further to OTP page (usually hangs at a blank page) when I transact over the app. When I transact on the web version of Shopee, it is usually successful.

OT: Boost will soon offer the ability to pay with UnionPay QR code with their recently announced collaboration with the latter. IINM, PB UnionPay is just a physical card and may not be able to be used for UnionPay QR payment in China.
