Go to Google Play Store and have a look.
Not many people are using BP, compared to CC and e-wallets.
BP can be retired if the card base is too small.
*
This is the reason we are still able to reload via cc and not being charged a single transaction fees.

this was last transaction.

i tried several times. to ensure CVV is not mistaken.

Mayb it multiple transaction. In order to use it with no problem, try not to perform multiple reload in short time. Nowadays, seem like boost and bp will apply some blocks if you perform repeated reload. transactions in short time....

If everything really charge accordingly ... then this card really can’t be use “properly” d

I dont see everythg they also charge eh... except withdrawal which is RM6 & RM10 for local n oversea withdrawal. Try use cc to withdraw money from ATM and see how much they charge compare to bp innocent.gif innocent.gif innocent.gif innocent.gif

they started like airasia....charge for everything....

but suspended most of the charges to expand the customer base....

don't see how these suspended fees can be re-enforced, without losing a significant part of the client base....
it's a preloaded card, not a credit card, so cannot charge like cc cash withdrawal where basically you borrow money....here you are just trying to access you own money....
*
Since we are using their service, I don't think its over for them to charge a service fees. They providing service to access cc credit. E.g for telco reload, once we reload to telco account, we are not free to access the money we reload, but only to use the money for the telco service(internet, call, sms) but bp, we are able to access the money we reload, with a service fees which is much lower compare to cc.

ok. After testing a few days,

daily topup with bigpay, RM200 twice only. no more than twice - 90% can success.

Other cc with OTP can pass with higher amount. but best is limit yourself to 2 reload of RM200 max/reload(If using BP) in order to get successful BP topup.

Till Boost and BP become friend with each other at the mid of April (as claimed by them)...we will still continue facing reload problem.

Have you tried all those that listed in the first page? If still cant get 3k then maybe those banks are aware and limiting withdrawals from BP and other ewallet.

For me I still manage to get 4k in Penang last week
*
Why would bank want to limit withdrawal just for limiting e-wallet users? There is a charge of RM6 per withdrawal for bp anywhere.

I don't think so...as the power of e-wallets in malaysia is still novel, still not many using.

Yes did. But just thinking of other ways to withdraw.

Withdraw in sgd, remittance (lfind lowest cost possible) back to Malaysia bank account.
As per previous reply, it's alot to work to keep refill 100 notes for 3k or 4k withdrawal. Hence the limit.
*
Its their job... and I don see really that lot of work...unless all bp users are concentrated at a spot? e.g at certain kl bank, once they reloaded their atm, all rush to take out money till the atm is empty in 5min... we don't see this happen ma...right? laugh.gif laugh.gif

For those who withdrawn from CIMB ATM machine, did the machine prompted for PIN when BIGPAY card is inserted?

I have a friend who managed to withdrawn cash thru his BIGPAY card from CIMB ATM without keying PIN through the whole process. To me this is a very high risk if we accidentally lost our card.
*
Did he forget after he keyed in pin since he too nervous taking money for the 1st time? laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

I think LHDN do not monitor CC spending statements. They do monitor large transactions (I may be wrong).
What to do, it is not illegal to do so. Wait till own CC no longer award points for reloading BigPay.  sad.gif
But then again, I think CC do eearn from BigPay reload, and BigPay earn from RM6 transaction from customer.
*
Again, its not illegal doesn't mean we should abuse. Everything has its limit. For the sake of human, when there's free lunch, we just take a potion, let other enjoy what we enjoy, but not taking all and let other empty hand, its all about moral and ethic that we learn from school old past day.

So as to BP/boost/cc etc....

Just wondering which one has higher value, maybank treatpoints or bigpay points?
*
1tp = RM0.002
1bp = RM0.01

but

RM1 spend on Amex you get 5tp (1% return for RM1 spent)
RM20 spend on bp, you get 1bp (0.05% return for RM1 spent)

Conclusion is bp has higer value than tp, but to get tp is more cost effective than bp.
