Please be informed that there is no restriction for cash withdrawals as long as the machine accepts MasterCard, you can perform cash withdrawal worldwide, except in Israel & North Korea. And the limit is RM10,000 or 10 successful withdrawals daily and the fee is RM6 per withdrawal locally and RM10 per withdrawal internationally.

As for Peer-2-Peer Transfer, as long the recipient is in your BigPay contact list, you may transfer to fund to them. The daily limit is RM2000 with no monthly limit. Yes. Just activate roaming (no need data roaming) to receive OTP. No other way. Otherwise, ask others to reload in their account and send it over to you.

do note that there are some reports that you can't receive Bigpay SMS when roaming.

I myself had the experience of unable to receive Maybank SMS from 66628 when roaming. Issue with the roaming operator.

Yes. Roaming must be activated to receive SMS in overseas. Data roaming is not needed for SMS.

Yeah, I have the same experience as well. My money converted to SGD is credited to my Singapore Savings Account, as per stated in my BigPay transfer receipt.

That is nice. 

It seems that the agent of BigPay, TikFx Singapore (https://www.tikfx.com/) will credit our money in SGD, via IBG GIRO, to our Singapore Savings Account.

IBG GIRO requires longer waiting time, as compared to instantaneous transfer via FAST. Then again, some of us can bear longer waiting time, as long as the currency exchange rate is more favourable to us BigPay users.

Since it is local transfer of money, our Singapore banks should not deduct inward remittance fee, from our money.

for malaysia sim card, roaming for prepaid is automatically activated
for postpaid u need to request, it is not automatic

if u are travelling to places without any 2G/3G/4G/5G signals for e.g offshore, you can leave ur sim card at home with internet connected and install an apps called MightyText

u can access ur phone from anywhere in the world as long as u got internet to access mightytext.net

Max 1k per day and max 2k per month. Almost sama like normal ibg time. But weekend take longer.
