Exp 2022, but BP blocked my original card (Mastercard) in late May, issued a new Visa card in June.

According to BigPay CS, there's no card replacement fee atm until further notice, so for those who are still using MasterCard and wish to use the virtual card function can proceed to request for a card replacement

It works like a normal card online, only you cant swipe it physically.

You dont need to wait for the actual physical card replacement to use the virtual card.

The main advantage of a virtual card is safety when you shop online. You can generate a virtual card number once a month, and the particular card number given can only be use for a month.

So when you shop online, you can key in the virtual card number instead of giving out your actual card number

Uninstall app, install back. Problem settle. Then you have access to live chat again.

Ya, I can't use my bp virtual card to reload tng ewallet, it shows transaction failed. But it's no problem with the physical card.
Tng asked me to contact BP, then BP asked me to contact Tng...

I think it's bigpay virtual card's problem.
Coz I try to reload shopee pay, grab & boost all also failed.

I gave up and don't use bp virtual card. Just keep using the physical card until it expire.

They are sending new card?

update:

The caller initially just wanted to confirm delivery address for replacement card. He also warned that during delivery, existing card will not be usable. (thinking back, i believe he ordered replacement card to himself).

Even I was convinced that BigPay is replacing card. So i gave back call to wife and she entertained.

But it gets weird when she passed be back the call afterward when the guy start blabbering about "maybank-linked" and asking for OTP again.

OTP incidentally start arriving as I was listening on speakerphone and only then I realised what is really happening.

Damage: had to reset PIN to regain access to Bigpay app, to find the whole balance of RM30 transferred to a "KOH", and account already suspended for fraud prevention. Redirected us to chat with agent.
