There are some certain points that I could not get an answer:

1) Where did the funds for this transaction went? As in to which BigPay account? I guess BigPay could not answer this, they told me they are unable to trace it like that.

2) I believe all BigPay topup via credit card requires the TAC/OTP code from the bank, these transactions were made without any, so how did the transaction went through?

3) Seems like this issue affects SCB cards? You and another one who PM me are also using SCB cards. Time of the transaction is also about the same.

But that shouldn't warrant worry at current stage till he gets the card and uses at BP.

i have a query, i have transacted a transaction thru shopee using my old BP card. Subsequent to that i was advice to change my card to Masterwave and i have already activated it.

Following on, the online transaction was cancel and will be refunded back, i have called shopee, the refund will be credited back to my old BP card. Would like to ask will the refund transaction be reflected to my current BP account? Or what should i do on?

Yesterday around 9PM at japan, i tried to use bigpay on LABI, but not working. Aiyak so malu but try using at megadon quijote, no problem. Just that the cashier ask, “is this your card”? Then I sad yes its prepaird card. The rate also nice.
