Guys, anyone get "Failed to load transactions" error in your app?

regarding the issue of missing point for approved topup and settled spendings

Apparently I'm not the only one facing this issue

This makes me doubt BP's stability

Known few weeks back yet still remain unsolved

luckily i cross check with airasiabig.com to find out the missing pts

Just made a purchase of £65.67 with BP card

There were 2 options for me : direct BP or Paypal that binds with BP

PayPal quoted RM359, while BP charged me RM344.43 only

That is more than 4% less

There will show "You will be charged RMxxx" before u proceed with payment

Just the app is inaccessible atm.

Speaking of this, I had insufficient balance yesterday when I went shopping and I didn't bring the phone with BP app installed.

So I had to go back home to get that phone to proceed with topup

Is there no other way to topup? Hope can topup using web browser

I've tried this and it doesn't work because my bigpay account is bind with my other phone number.

It doesn't allow me to login because the OTP code is sent to the other phone instead of my current phone.

It states not applicable for Car Workshop, but I guess that is just special case.

Recently I've changed brake pads and swiped with BP, it worked well and the transaction is settled too.
