After so long, finally BP layan me on the huge variance on my BP account. Apparently, there's a 3k withdrawal which was recorded from BP's end, but it was "missing" from the statement downloaded from my app. I spent a lot of time trying to reconcile if I really withdraw the 3k, and concluded that there's a 80% chance I did so I accepted the explanation.

Just wondering, if there's really no withdrawal but BP claim to have the transaction recorded, it's going to be so troublesome to appeal, provided BP even want to entertain the dispute/ contact the respective bank
