A quick search for the word 'emboss' in this thread seems to indicate that BigPay Prepaid MasterCard does not have the name of card user embossed on it. No worries, I have no issue with it, since this card is just a prepaid card, not a credit card.

Let's assume that a person's real name is Lee Ah Ming. Is it possible to call BigPay to change the displayed name, so that the charge slips printed from credit card terminals (either from PIN or Paywave transactions) shows Andrew Lee, for example?

I would prefer the charge slips not to show my full name. It is something we can have for credit cards, but I am unsure that we can request the same feature for BigPay Prepaid MasterCard.

When you try to withdraw from HLB ATM using BigPay, it gives you an option of Current, Savings and Credit Card. I choose credit card. but Failed.
