If only you buy in person. That also can simply register others details if you know the seller.

Online orders have some leeway time frame or one of their supplier is running those phone booth selling sims etc.

Unless mcmc is going to do strict enforcement otherwise it’s quite easy to scam.

Just went to check why all my transactions declined and it’s 998 now lol

I was having doubt with the merchant refusing to accept card payment and insist on trying for 6 times

Then finally I said let’s try another bank card, otherwise cash and it just went through.

Dang. BigPay is disappointing big time.

Saw this and checked those accounts too.

The same happening for both visa and master.

Each account got 33 times transactions.

This is some serious fraud taking place! Dang big pay.

Even bank block them after 10 continuous attempts even rm1.

And their chat is hovering at 230 chats.

Just to alert the rest, please freeze your account if you’re not using.

Another two account which were in “frozen” state were fraudulently attempts on multiple time from google.

Those are new Visa cards! Even Visa cards are not spared. Suspecting there is some serious data leakage on BigPay.

Last two months was fraud attempts on MasterCard. Even new card that has been activated and used twice at supermarket were leaked. Not even a single online transaction.

Anyone has luck getting fraudulent transactions money back?

BigPay seems to be given nonsense excuses about the refund and BNM is so slow in responding that BigPay thinks BNM as useless.

They just replied that we’ve noticed you’ve raised the matter to higher authority and we’ve sadden that you decided to take this step. Then stop there and disappear. Then BNM is so useless that they replied we’ve forwarded the matter to BigPay. Please wait for two weeks for reply.

That’s 8 weeks of waiting for investigation etc since last reported fraud. They said will refund once the wait time is over which is mid November. And up now, every time I nudge them about it, they go… sorry we missed you. Hope your issue is resolved and close chat.
