That’s 8 weeks of waiting for investigation etc since last reported fraud. They said will refund once the wait time is over which is mid November. And up now, every time I nudge them about it, they go… sorry we missed you. Hope your issue is resolved and close chat.

That’s clearly incompetence. They could’ve resolved those small petty matters within the day.
