What header are you guys referring? Cc credit card statement hiding sensitive info?

Are they asking for old old top up history or merely the recent top up history (says this mth) suffice for verification?

Need to furnish the documents they required, for me, basically the source cards that ever used to top up BigPay earlier.

Monday late evening:
I dunno I kena blocked until I received the standard template email (which members already shared), then I go to my apps and confirmed I'm blocked.

The general reason as stated in the standard template email. Never clarify further as I did not want to complicate unless I furnished all documents requested but still not resolved (glad everything smooth and I don't need to go in details with CS)

Few CS attended to my case everytime the corresponding the new documents, but great that all CS are familiar with the process, need not to put in unnessary clarification.

Last email furnishing the last document : Wednesday Night

Account informed Restored email : Thursday morning.



Tips : after I sent every email, I will go to apps Support History and drop a simple msg informing them to assist on verification.

Hope the above data point helps.


I'm happy that Bigpay is doing their due deligent. Some may have not happy with the situation. But if the initiative and objective is to enhance the product better and adhere to authority requirement, I'm good with that.
