i no longer can top up via CC since my top up already break 5k limits.

there's message asking you to change top up method.

i have 4 but not sharing CC. 4 different names and IC. i ask BP they ask to me check with hong leong why so. they say from their system not them the one block the transaction. but it's ok la. i've done 1x rm900 and 1x rm600 and 3x rm500. finish my quota for this month dy.

So far no issue, YT hasn't sent any email. Could be due to outage.

i called pbb, the customer service guy told me bigpay posted twice 
then i contact bigpay, the customer service said they recorded once only... and my bigpay balance is tally for 1x transaction, not 2x
ask me the get the transaction code from public bank for the double posted transaction

i call pbb again, the other customer service guy said pbb will resolve this, I no need to give bigpay transaction code

no idea whats wrong, could be pbb system problem, the pbb customer service (2nd time i called to get transaction code), telling me not to worry, he knows what happen and will resolve from their end

if you have similar case, better call pbb, their card service customer support is 24 hours

I think is BP problem. BP claims 2 times from my HSBC as well. Statement appeared 2 times same transaction.

Just FYI the double transaction appear on 28/4. I did top up on 27/4, 28/4 and 29/4 but only 28/4 top up appears double. 

seems quite some peoples get into this problem, if happened to be different bank, could be bigpay issue...

bigpay customer support email show me the bigpay transaction records, only 1 x transaction, somehow pbb captured posted twice, not sure is bigpay issue or pbb issue
bigpay need the two transaction code to invest further, but since pbb customer support told me they will settle for me, i will wait a week to check with them again.

i have tried the in-app chat with CS, wasted 1 hour of my life... i even provided my statement, provided my previous month statement as comparison... the CS inside to provide the TPT number (which is only available if it's via FPX, not CC)... i gave up talking to the inexperienced CS, sent an email to CS, got another more helpful chap helping me out.. that chap told me he will escalate to his finance department to check it out...

at the same time, i called up my bank, they helped me lodged a report, and asked me to submit a dispute form as well for faster feedback... as usual, bigpay claim it is NOT their fault.. from my knowledge, funds/transactions will not be billed unless the merchant claimed in, in this case bigpay...

something is very wrong with bigpay's system.. im not refraining myself from using it until everything is fixed

seems users reported double charged using cc from pbb, maybank, hsbc, and now citibank, so clearly is bigpay problem
too bad, is that possible can ask bank to over look this?

Who have topped up at shoppee with 2.2% service charge?  Which vendor is reliable?

Of all other times during the month, they choose to strategically do maintenance at 12am of 1st of the month 😅

1 day notice and then purposely jammed the reload.

I top up shopeepay with BP, transaction failed at shopeepay but BP deducted n settled successfully.

I think u can dispute with Bigpay n also check with Shopee..

Who should I dispute this to? Shopee?

Since yesterday (Aug 1st) I’ve been trying to top up (RM2,500) using my Citibank credit card but cannot. I spoke to Citibank and they said no issue on their side and I need to check with BigPay. All these while I used the same Citibank card for top up to BigPay with no
issue. Anyone experiencing this? I’m currently waiting to chat with BigPay - Still on hold.

My sister suddenly received new card from BP via CityLink drop mail.

Her old card expired later than my card. But she receive new card already. Same design, old card have contactless functions too.

She have received new card number and expired 2023.

You should ask your boss disable the wd function like Boost to stop the bleeding rather than keep lower down the cc top up limit
RM1k/month will be continue bleeding although not so high but stop wd will be stopping those who keep wd and totally stop the top up as well.
Increase back to RM10k and we will spend over billions for your company

Will a person be able to receive funds from BigPay transfers (such as friends) if he freezes his card?
