My BP card expires this month 01/21.

Anyone knows what the procedure to receive new card?

Is it an automatic process that I’ll receive a new card or do I need to apply somewhere?

They will block your card 10 days before expiring...

Then issue you a new card which stated 5-7 days to arrive....

Hi all, i just noticed that once a credit card is registered to "top up source", topup using that registered card does not validate the cvv anymore. I tested with multiple wrong cvv and the topup just went through.

This is kinda dangerous right? Did anyone actually know about this? What's the point of requesting to key in the cvv then?

Well i didn't know cvv is useless for BP topup, waste my time always flip my CC for the cvv 
Does this mean the bank 2fa is not validating instead of BP topup verification?

This is depend on bank. I remember there is 1 bank which u can't key in wrong CVV.  If not mistaken, should be Citibank / OCBC

Citibank does though. There was once I tried to reload BP with my Citibank card and I left it at another house, I simply typed three digits and who knows another layer of authentication.

They're so damn stupid la, I received an e-mail on 8th Jul, asking me to confirm my delivery address before 4th June, as they need to send me a new card.
Date also wrong already, when I went to check the app, it showed that the card already delivered.
My default address is my office address, now all WFH, yet don't know how they manage to delivery it when nobody in the office.
Don't know where's my card now, haven't got time to check with them also

Now they hire scammers that can speak Malay language without sounds like Indonesian.

They called me just now. Before this, they keep calling me using Whatsapp call.
