You are receiving this email as you have linked your AirAsia BIG account to your Fave account successfully! Effective 16th January 2020, there will be an upcoming update with regards to how your BIG points work on Fave. The full details are as follows:

(i) For transactions made on Fave, you will be earning 1 BIG Point for every RM5 spent in Cash (i.e. from your selected payment method) on Fave

(ii) When redeeming BIG Points on Fave, 150 points will be equivalent to RM1 on Fave

How to reload BigPay with credit/debit card or online transfer without OTP or TAC number? because sometimes i'm in overseas without roaming.

Does the ocbc titanium still can get 1%?
I only get 0.1% at the latest statement. when the 0.9% will be give to me?

for me, i got no other use, so so convert to mesra -> setel credit instead. keep for backup, instead of the points left unused.

i tot last time 150 = RM1 and now 165 = RM1, how you can offset RM18 with 2250?

u might need to check again in ur history, it cannot be 125 = RM1

less la, now the rate is 165 = RM1, previously 150 = RM1
maybe some merchant got special rate, which merchant was that?

I received a notification from bigpay first someone Requesting rm0.05, luckily I saw this notification, immediately after that a whatsapp call, I didn't pick up, then the scammer message me with my full name. If I didn't see the notification from bigpay I would have already answer the call, scary wei 😱
