Some times I think people will confuse with that because some bank that do MOBILE banking do request for OTP over phone to verify before continue any transaction.
I encounter case yesterday too that ringgitplus called me for a cc application and they send me RINGGITPLUS PIN xxxxxx and request me to give that 6digits pin......I was confused and in doubt of giving out that initially.
People will be confused...same goes to bigpay.
