Just found out that i got this dodgy transaction in my bp. Reported to cs. Now waiting for their response to revert my balance.

Now it's negative 🤦‍♂️

means choose credit card is same can withdrawal the money? may i know if use 3 time to atm faild withdrawal the card is block, then need 24jam to automatic unblock?

i ask the cs bigpay, they check my account said my card is active, can use to all merchant, i said i try many merchant cannot be use, the cs bigpay still said can be use, need contact to merchant to help...i told him today my card withdrawl to atm 4 time faild and block already then cannot be use, the cs said cannot be withdrawal in atm need wait 24hours, but can be use all merchant....he 100% confirm...i said cannot, but the cs do not trust me....now i very confuse....

i try top up lazada, boost and shopee also cannot...

I never knew we could reverse a transaction with BP.

I think u should edit ur initial statement. BP user can't get it reversed. many here looking for free lunch and do illegal stuff.

based on receipt, it says that amt> atm Limit. Either out of 100's... or IDK lol~

My quota is also exceeded. Can I used the credit card registered in my BP to top up my wife BP? Means the same credit card is registered under 2 BP accounts.
