yesterday evening buy a car plate number at JPJ website, no bigpay/tune money option at credit card payment list so I just pick CIMB Bank.

Transaction pass with OPT, everything silky smooth

transaction time on receipt is 07:39:45 PM

HLB Jalan Tun Razak (1 ATM and 1 CDM in the branch), both can dispense 40 pieces of RM 100 notes, totaling 4k, tried for 2 times in 2 months

I just go to Puchong HLB and could not withdraw 4k
And it printed a slip out saying Transaction Unsuccessful
Reason: ATM > ATM limit

Then go to public bank also cannot

Gais... just to update something which happened to me last week. I withdraw cash 2x end of Jan and then 2x again early Feb... about 8 days apart... and I got a call from Bigpay CS to interview me... she asking me some questions and say it is BNM requirement. What I can remember is she ask me if any of the cards used are foreign card... and also ask me my personal details such as NRIC and also my current job ...

And of course ask me about my recent withdrawal ... so I told the CS actually I only withdraw 2x a month recently but perhaps it was done(timing) very close to each other. Phew...  so just a sharing and perhaps need to arrange the cash withdrawal frequency further apart instead of within 7-8 days apart...

Anyone else kena this?

Sometimes there's a sticker which states the type of notes being dispensed...RM50 only or RM100 only.
Look for those with RM100 notes..confirm can get RM3k one shot

Sorry just a quick check. For HLBB atm machine after they update to the newer version, is now max RM3000 only per withdrawal correct? Or anyone still managed to withdraw RM4000?
Let's assume the machine got enough RM100 notes.

Cant topup BP since yesterday, keep saying my cards (both credit and debit card) CVV or Expiry date is incorrect, i delete and add back the cards also cannot  (same error came out and not allow me to add), tried clear the apps data and login also same...anyone has this issue?

It is each transaction's limit is RM 250 not daily accumulated RM 250. It is 9 times (if I'm not mistaken) per day and can be reset with PIN & Pay, then can continue using contactless.
It applies to all banks, not only BP.

CIMB Cash rebate platinum(dark blue), I need to double check after 3 or 4 days, it will be appeared in the statement.
