From Boost side, they replied Big Pay not compatible.

When i asked next question why suddenly not compatible, Boost totally ignore me and no replied anymore 

well it's quite obvious boost doesn't want the abuse. you can topup boost with the same source as ur BP.

Hi, we got the feedback from Boost, there are no longer accept Bigpay card as topup source.
Shopee also one of the merchant they don't really accept fro prepaid card payment

1. Maxis
2. Unifi
3. Grab (sometimes)
4. Shopee (sometimes)
5. Traveloka (sometimes)
6. MyEG (sometimes)"

Till today, I still can use CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard to top up BigPay or Boost!

just file official report to BNM, either party is suspiciously blocking the transaction whereby bigpay card is based on mastercard card scheme which should be accepted by boost.

if boost is selectively blocking bigpay/mastercard with prejudice, they are not in proper place to do so.

I tried and the screenshot result is a black screen when I want to screenshot inside BigPay app. No issue with others app screenshot.

Thanks for update, so confirmed CIMB treat BP as Quasi-Cash across all their cards. Will see whether OCBC Titanium eligible for 1% Online or not on Boost when next statement is out.

if i transfer too much money to bigpay for my oversea spending, end up never spend so much, can i transfer back to my cc or bank account?

How long does it take for them to process the application? I've downloaded the app, did the necessary things required yesterday and it still haven't change status. Another thing, why everytime we run the app, it needs to send OTP eventhough we've set our pin codes?

I got quite annoyed today, as my Big Pay card (new version with WAVE function) had "exceed limit" error for THREE separate WAVE transactions today.

Some observations:

a. This problem only arose today ... have been using the WAVE function last few days no issue

b. These THREE transactions were not my only transactions of the day, I had a few other transactions that went through with WAVE

c. Not an issue of amount of funds, as the transactions all went through (yes, all THREE times) when I asked them to use PIN instead

Just came back from Tokyo, all spending using BP worked wonderfully without any pin or signature. Only at Don Quijote seems all branches declined my card.

But i must say pretty good exchange rate toward settled amount in the end.

Am guessing its cimb having maintenance on its system, their lazada prepaid will go missing from online banking around this time.

If you mean 3am on 19th Sep 2018, then bigpay is having its maintenance 'upgrade' their payment processing

I am new to big pay, and i search through the thread found boost blocked big pay top up?

Meaning now we cannot cash out bigpay money like before?
(RM1000 charge RM2 that one)

So the only way to cash out big pay money now is throught ATM charge Rm6, am i right?

anyone tried to use BP to book agoda? not instant pay, need to wait till specific date then agoda charge to the card. any problem?
i tried on auto debit service from other merchant, it failed to charge my BP.

is the pre charge amount deducted from ur BP acc once hotel room booked?

coz booking.com and agoda not so user friendly when comes to cancellation for some selected rooms
