Most banks don’t maintain their own machine. They are taken care by third party.

Even in Msia not many can get the card back. So just report lost first and request a new one when back.

Those machine are programmed to trigger alert and trap those cards like expired card / weird and suspicious card etc to avoid dispensing cash that cannot be recouped.

So no need to put so much effort to ask for same card back.

You use a CIMB ATM card to withdraw cash from CIMB's platform, not related to Cirrus/Mastercard.

1. Anythone tried using PB Quantum to reload >$1.2K AND THEN calling PB to change the transaction to Flexi Pay 12 months 0% $0 fees?

2. Anyone tried using HLB cards to reload >$2K AND THEN going into hongleongconnect to apply for conversion to flexi pay (until june 30th for selected customers) to Flexi Pay 12 months 0% $0 fees?

Just thinking about the two for cash flow / inlieu of Balance Transfer which nearly all major banks have cut-off - whether anyone tested

i'll share my findings once done - gotta wait 7 days for the BigPay card and then test with HLB first since time-sensitive & max BigPay credit is $10K only. PB Quantum Mastercard's no time sensitive so.. test after my HLB done

Not worth to use BP in thailand, as their ATM charges extra withdrawal fee.

Try to search back my post sharing regarding thailand withdrawal.

Post #1 stated MBB Thai does not impose any ATM fee. I wonder if that still applicable.

Tried it at McDonald's Thai , they insert my card into terminal without asking me to enter pin. Transaction passed through. Is that bypass pin normal?
