Great job! If your app is so reliable and the CS is so responsive, there won't be so many complaints in this thread. A fintech company is expecting to be work like AA model is not workable because it involves money! |

That's why I said earlier for BP to work using AA model is not going to work.
It's a fintech and you need 24/7 or at least responsive CS as it involves money. Imagine if your favourite bank told you that their CS is going to work during normal business hours and Mondays to Fridays only excluding public holidays. How will you feel? Not sure the other competitor/e-wallet that also starts with B encountered this kind of buggy hiccups. |
