my Bigpay acc since Aug 2019, i din't get point from top up, but i just top up my brother bigpay acc, using the same RHB CC, my brother bigpay get RM10 = 1 point, then i check back my bigpay history, when  i top up only get RM50 = 1 point, anyone know why?

cause if follow XE then consider very good as i usually bring about rm10k which makes alot of differrence for me

No limit but your wallet can hold max 10k at one time. So if you withdraw 1k from 10k, you can top up another 1k.
However, CC reload only 10k per month, debit cards and bank transfers no limit.

I guess most likely insufficient fund in your wallet. The wallet max limit of balance is rm10k.

For those HLB ATMs that can withdraw >=rm4000, they are dispensing rm50 or rm100 notes?

my tng e-wallet (3accounts) just suspended last week.

i call CS she said because i link the same CC to all tng e-wallet.

at first will be no problem. after a while their system will suspend ur account.

she told me to stick with 1 card 1 tng acc.

i first using tng e-wallet back in july/august. only kena suspend last week.

but she said just remove the current card from all account and put new cc for each account than should be no prob.

my tng ewallet is now ACTIVE again.

I understand they should review/monitor those ppl keep topup and withdraw but i disagree to suspend the account unless got fraud.
If they do not want ppl to do it then by all means disable withdrawal or charge higher fees lor.

How to challenge bank if people use ur platform to withdraw money also kena you block?

Today i pay my tnb bill via mytnb apps using bp.. but at final payment page (after key in otp code) i got the blank page from the apps.. later i check bp my balance got deducted but my bill balance still no changes.. so to whom i need to send my inquiries? Tnb or boost? Anyone got same situation before?
