I cannot found in their faq of max withdrawal but max credit balance for premium account is 1.5k. withdrawal fee is (rm2+sst) should be rm2.12

Once I get my refund, I'll cancel this stupid card.

Even credit card might happen too. U just have to wait after a week, if merchant didn't claim your money, it will reverse back into your card.

I suggest to use credit card for high amount. Bigpay is a prepaid card not debit card. Please don't expect they have the same service and features as bank. They are not bank. They didn't said wrong about your transaction is successful. Because their system appeared so. They really can't do anything. If they refund u on the spot, after merchant claim the cash who are gonna paid? This is merchant side issue, if merchant confirm transaction failed, they are most likely won't claim the cash And the cash will reverse back to your card after 7 days. This is set by system, no one can do about that.

If merchant claim that money, u only can dispute to merchant and show your statement your ticket was paid and they either give u ticket or proceed for refund.

Card issuer also need to protect themselves. If we buy anything with credit card or whatever, then we dispute we didn't buy want to claim back our money, the company have to bear the cost. We only can claim back money with card issuer for report card loss. Else refer back to merchant after 7 days if they claim your money.

I met this case with cc before. The solution is I make another purchase, the pending authorise transaction reversed back into my card after 7 days. This is my experienced.

BP having the best cs support among all others e wallet. U should try boost and see what happen, u never get any feedback at all is very common over there. If u can't tolerate their service, u may option for cc instead.🤗

I just raise up the problem let people know BP is the best cs support among e wallet industries. We should not compare e wallet with banks. If anyone prefer bank service, why use e wallet? Of course have some feature is attractive. If u can't tolerate it, u may seek for the bank, then don't complaint bank oversea charges higher than BP. Each company have their own features.

Anyone BP been fraud? I saw a transaction I never spend, already contact cs. Still waiting their feedback for escalation. Do I have to replace a new card? Is there any fee for card replacement of fraud case? cs informed to freeze my card until further notice.

I freeze my card all the time when I'm not using. Even everything correct transaction still rejected. I just want to know anyone met this case before? What is the solution of BP for those experience this?
