1) Laucnh app
2) it will send 6 code to ur registered SIM card
3) Key in the 6 code from SMS
4) Ask for your 6 digit pin

Today tried to load money

Typed amount and straight said something goes wrong without showing me list of CC -.-?

So I checked my top up source and found that it keep pop out error.

BigPay having issue now?

But from the local money exchange (here and here), the rates are only 60.8/60.75.

Does it means that it's more worth to exchange the money here instead of withdrawal from ATM? Since the BP rate will be close to xe.com rate, +RM10 as well.

I tried search this thread but i dun see any answer yet.

Last time (Q3 2018) my friend bought Secretlab asia and the only option is PayPal
He linked his BigPay to Paypal and thinking the exchange rate is based on BigPay MasterCard which is lower (RM3.04 roughly)

The currency from https://my.secretlab.co/ is Singapore Dollar btw.

When he done his purchase, the exchange rate actually is ended up with the PayPal conversion rate instead of BigPay (RM3.1 or 3.2)

He did follow up with BigPay but i forgot the result, need to msg him.

So wanna know that recently anyone using on PayPal and which conversion currency it follow?

I just back from korea and most of my transactions are done by BigPay card also.

I think asal u dun withdraw from Airport ATM should be fine.
