Too expensive for MK at this moment in time.
Better places to buy for less money for investment purposes. In terms of own stay, plenty of subsales at better location where you could nego with the owner for even a bigger rebate than what developers are offering and more often than not can nego into the price not just the 15% down but also some cash back to renovate. MK is fast becoming a 2nd class expat enclave. |

Hi, anyone know what are being build in the land beside Astrea?
There seems to be a risk of landslides due to the partial flattening of the hill for construction. |
