I'm interested in this project. However, this project is 72meter away from High Tension cable (HTC) where I'm afraid this will cause ppl don't feel like renting/buy here in future. any advice ?

becacuse mont kiara is near to everywhere. Strategic location. However, too near HTC. rent still can if next time sell i'm afraid no selling value.
