Most of the good old staff of the old Sunrise are in BKP... there is definately a difference in sales experience when comparing the old Sunrise vs the new UEM-Sunrise...

You can drive (or use Google Maps) along Jln Kiara 5 towards Sunway Mont Residences (under construction) and you can see it dy.

That will be the ideal case for a township planning. If fact should limit the number of high rises in one certain area and provide enough green lung spaces. But, is this possible under the greed of the developer who owns the land and ultimately deal with the LA?

easier said than done,all this croc r eyeing 2-5 acre land access ready road,and loo-poling on high plot ratio on commercial conversion,so what social responsibility govman can ask them to fullfill?
no land left for any social infra,charge high tax,there fabricate till 10%+ profit on book
ask govmen charge 20% on GDV,how possible?!
just my 2 cent
any construtive opinion to corner these would be intrigue

SAs and agents won't give two hoots about it coz they're not living there. They only care about the commission that goes into their pockets for every successful sale they close.

There will be buyers who will buy it for their own-stay, no doubt about that. Just that its value won't appreciate that fast and can only target like-minded buyers when the former want to sell it off.
