Prima Harmoni 2's distance to the htc is even worse. I believe its less than 100m, plus it goes around the project in a 90 degree angle (can be seen in Google Maps or if you happen to drive there).

Yawoh. Buying high end condo with million up still thinking wanna accept kampong view or HTC, not logic. Even people buying 500k nearby HTC already sound kaw kaw.

I humbly submit the kampung view is the better bet as there is a higher chance the kampung wont be there in the long run compared to the HTC.

Ya same thing for developers, they only interested to build in "developed" lands. All small parcel of lands in vicinity of highly matured areas are highly sought after. Building community space is not their forte. cheers.

That's correct. I had friends who work at two different offices which were right above or next to two different power substations. The children of their colleagues in the two offices are 90% girls. Science cannot explain this does not mean the effects are not there.
