Too expensive for MK at this moment in time.

Better places to buy for less money for investment purposes.

In terms of own stay, plenty of subsales at better location where you could nego with the owner for even a bigger rebate than what developers are offering and more often than not can nego into the price not just the 15% down but also some cash back to renovate.

MK is fast becoming a 2nd class expat enclave.

Most are no longer in the country.

But the rest, spread out to DPC, TTDI, Bangsar and DH.

Actually, purely from access/convenience/traffic jam point of view, is Jalan Kiara or Kiara 5 better oh? In short, which one less jam...

Those areas have always been the prime spot. However for a while many moved away from Bangsar, now they are returning there.

TTDI has always been a hit and miss but many that left MK moved on here and to DPC.

DPC, usually longer term and expats with families. Usually first choice for those who are relocating with their dogs.

DH, only the wealthier ones.

First class expats with big budget (RM 20k above monthly) always stick to the established neighborhoods of Uthant, Kenny Hills, Damansara Heights and Bangsar.
Those who don’t mind condo living easily pay 15k upwards for units at KLCC like The Binjai On The Park.

You have to go down the route of overvaluation.

These days not as easy as it used to be.

I'm interested in this project. However, this project is 72meter away from High Tension cable (HTC) where I'm afraid this will cause ppl don't feel like renting/buy here in future. any advice ?
