my conti tyres tahan jor more than 3 years before tukar... i think still okay gua... but cannot use those premium specs tyre la... not worth it on the roads there... so many developments and construction... sweat.gif sweat.gif

actually to change tyres in PA or Saujana Utama... its way cheaper than the cities... for the same brand, same model, same size tyre... haha... even offering the same package of balancing, alignment, nitrogen gas and etc....

i usually visit a tyre shop at saujana utama as its nearer to me... but i dont really rmb its name... just remember the shop owner and workers are all chinese aje... lol... and they mainly sell conti tyres....

not bad arh... alot visitors... other than tyres... they also sell alot of accessories and installation services... which is just in line with what the majority local needs... tukar rim, tambah LED, tukar ekzos with loud noise etc... laugh.gif laugh.gif the chinese hair saloon inside alam jaya... super good business somemore... majority customers are bumi... here everyone live with an open mindset with each others one... thumbup.gif

generally there is no any worry about basic amenities... just that if u need pork need go meru, setia alam to procure... otherwise the rest are all within the town... with more population comes in... more businesses will be open also... the public parks at hillpark always full of ppl during evening time also...

gov sector banyak retrenchment and banyak contract terminated.... kang tao gone... means alot ppl kocek kering le.... what to do... when u need to clamp down corruption and wastage... such things sure will happen...

just like last few years when china clamp down corruption... economy took a big dip.... everyone complaint life is very tough.... suddenly everything feel more expensive... lol

weekend normally also will jam at that part... last weekend totally didnt jam liao... but i guess weekdays wont help much... because still have to jam alot at guthrie to NKVE/Federal exit.... now just one traffic light lesser aje...

around 10-15 mins if not jam... usually when exit no jam one all the way until the T-junction to jln sg buloh.... during peak hours... will start jam from uitm puncak perdana onwards til the T-junction...

lol... i think this thread already discussed alot about cap appreciation or rental or even distance to KL in the most negative way already... those who still choose to buy here already made up their mind... there are no fairy tale here nor any fantasy here... everyone made their own calculated decision already kot... and as I always tell the potential buyers... rental here super ciput... and if gonna go to KL on daily basis... pls dont come here and stay if u cant spend 2-3 hours per day just to travel to KL to work... laugh.gif laugh.gif

its indeed better for now... but the road condition along the way still quite dangerous due to incomplete construction... alot of sharp turns due to realign roads and lights not functioning at night because of the construction...
