there's probability that your second elmina prop may not as good as the first one... every township or taman... bound to have units with super alot defects and some are super good... like i can say now... my MKH unit workmanship not bad and above average... but some of my neighbours... water leaking like water fall... doh.gif doh.gif

its malaysian culture... it wont stop there... uniformity is never in our mind... for high-rise they have no choice but to accept it as it is... but for landed... usually creativity will be limitless... and i think for the sake of sales... EW have to let them make certain extension to certain degree or sales will be way lower... hmm.gif hmm.gif
