Hmm true also .. i got shock when i received news that eco grandeur using TIME. I expected UNIFI coming in because this pieces of land belongs to TM previously. But TIME lagi better, can watch 4K porn without buffering !! lol !!!

What i dunnoe is, if he is old buyer, then the old EG ady VP-ed, so the title shud be done transfer and paid ady, the MOT is past tense ady... If is new buyer, then entitled for HoC ady, no need MOT waiver as well..

Maybe other proj ew buyers??

Took my keys 3 weeks ago, did joint inspection with EG and building manager simultaneously. So far no major defect found, more of finishing touch up. Good thing is defect warranty is up to 3 years.

Just gotten my keys last week. I can say, despite the excellent service and ‘packaging’, i am disappointed by the build quality. Having to own a property at both Elmina and EcoWorld, i’d say i wish i can turn back the time and buy  a 2nd property at Elmina Green instead since the price is almost the same and is at a better quality... also, i just realised there’s no water heater point at one of the toilets upstairs... lol... here are some of the defects, not major but still... 

Location depends on your circle... what’s better for me might not be for you... 😅

But i am staying at Elmina now, it’s quite a drive to KL tbh... but hey, i’m quite happy with the place...

It's strata living.. Before purchasing, one is informed that extensive external restructuring is disallowed. Yet, some fellas still go ahead and buy.. Only to hack here, extend there.. Etc.. Ruining the look and subsequently opening the flood gates for others. When does it stop?...

So much for getting away from the chaos..I don't mind an awning or heck even a Gazebo in a corner/end lot.. As long as it's tastefully done and sort of uplifts the place. Here I thought getting approval for a Gazebo would be tough.. Looks like I might be able to extend my fencing and for good measure, slap in an electronic gate while at it..
