I wouldn't ride a road bike in Paris. Too much traffic, too many thieves stealing bikes and stuff. But out of Paris, drivers are quite nice to cyclists.

I saw one time at Decathlon selling those small nutrition top tube bags for just under RM50... enough for few energy tubes...

The one I got not too long ago... Rockbros brand... it was ginormous and can put up to ten energy tubes... took it off after a few rides as if I was carry a whale on my top tube...

I see. It is better for me to ride on trainer in Hotel if that’s the case. I will be in London and Manchester as well for a week. If you have experience cycling there, please share the route, etc. Thanks alot.

The same travel advisory for Paris applies in England. Even more so, the drivers there like riders even less. And it's October, chilly.

Guys I need help....i sent my bike for service... And the shop at kd tried to replace my bb. But according to him, he claimed my bb shell cracks and the bb is spinning.. So they can't take out.

Will send it to another shop for second opinion. Worst case I hope shell not broken else I will have to look for a frame. Any trustworthy shop to. Recommend to bring over... Usually worried they turn away and try to push a new frame instead
